MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of Transitions, Inc. to provide comprehensive, quality mental health services to adults, adolescents and children who have mental health issues and who have been impacted by trauma and abuse. services to adults, adolescents and children with mental health issues and who have been impacted by abuse and trauma.
The purpose of these services is focused on creating change withing the client, the client system, and within both the micro and macro community where the client resides. It is the agency’s overall and primary goal to improve consumer functioning, increase knowledge among clients, their families and the community, and to provide quality services in an efficient, effective and satisfactory manner.
